GENERAL INFORMATION

〖NANO ANTI-CORROSIVE PRIMER〗 is anti-corrosion, weather-resistant enamel primer over the rust.

The structure of 〖NANO ANTI-CORROSIVE PRIMER〗 is a nano-sized silica sol and alyumozol (boehmite). Addition of the nanoscale sol 〖NANO ANTI-CORROSIVE PRIMER〗 provides significant reduction of the organic binder while maintaining elasticity of the coating and a substantial increase in adhesion to various substrates, as well as the cohesive strength of the coating. The coating 〖NANO ANTI-CORROSIVE PRIMER〗 practically doesn't shrink due to the high percentage of solids, and has high heat resistance.

In covering 〖NANO ANTI-CORROSIVE PRIMER〗 embodied a fundamentally new approach to corrosion protection, consisting in a complex chemical interaction between molecules of components with iron oxides and the atoms of the metal lattice. The primer has the ability to penetrate into cracks and pores of the metal while suppressing the started process of corrosion. Thus, solid metal chelate complexes with the polymeric component form on the surface of primer, effectively to protect the metal from an external impact. This mechanism of action allows 〖NANO ANTI-CORROSIVE PRIMER〗 firmly tie layer of rust to 100 microns.

INSTRUCTIONS

Surface preparation - remove: grease, dirt and salt - any organic solvent, loose rust and easy to remove old paint - brushed metal or any other suitable method.

Attention! Rust layer to 100 microns (0.1 mm) may remain on the surface without deteriorating the quality of priming.

Prepare primer - stand at room temperature, mixed thoroughly, if necessary diluted with mineral spirits, turpentine or a mixture thereof.

Application - brush, roller or spray, dip a thin continuous layer with no gaps and stains.

Coating materials - 〖NANO ANTI-CORROSIVE PRIMER〗 is compatible with all types of paints. Acetone containing enamel is applied with a thin layer after baking primer (100-110 ° C).

Attention! 〖NANO ANTI-CORROSIVE PRIMER〗 may be used alone when applied in 2 - 3 layers.
